Meet Your Hosts
Charle uses her unique lens as an Educator, a Mental Health Professional, and a Parent to help schools and families thrive. Her goal is to get teens safely to adulthood with resiliency and empowerment. She uses evidence-based data related to human development and brain science to educate adults about their influences on adolescent behavior. Charle designs and delivers online courses and virtual training internationally, and as the creator and host of the podcast Advancing Humanity, she also invests her time and energy into reaching people on a massive scale, aiming for a prosperous future.
Charle has been supporting teen students and educators for over 15 years. Her extensive knowledge of the developing teen brain, effective and dynamic educational approaches, and therapeutic training all work together to uniquely serve others in the field of education.
Cameron (Dr. Cam) Caswell, PhD, the “teen translator,” is an adolescent psychologist, family success coach, and host of the podcast “Parenting Teens with Dr. Cam.” She is on a mission to help parents and educators build strong, positive relationships with their teens and students through improved communication, connection, and understanding.
Her belief is that teens act out because they feel misunderstood. And teens feel misunderstood because they ARE misunderstood.
In her fun, interactive style, Dr. Cam unpacks frustrating adolescent behavior and empowers her clients and audiences to work with teen wiring rather than against it—boosting the development of a positive, healthy sense of self rather than unwittingly eroding it. She leaves her audiences feeling hopeful, inspired, and motivated for change.
Dr. Cam is the mom of a teen too, so she not only talks the talk, she walks the walk!

Not Your Average Online Summit
There are a lot of summits, trainings, and workshops out there. So what makes this one different?
First, this summit was created specifically for High School Teachers who have a strong desire to support their students and even take leadership for student advocacy in their building or school board. This isn’t general advice for just any educator out there. Every single presentation is specialized for the type of classroom you run, making it a whole lot more impactful.
